Bagon's my top pick, but you're looking at a fifty-level wait before it has wings to carry you with.

Dratinis finish at level 55, Garchomp at 48, and Miyuki said her Fraxure just got its first evolution at 38, so the second one should be around 50. Dunno about the new one yet, but it's probably gonna be more of the same.

Charizard gets its first evolution at 16, then finishes at 36. That's at least three weeks of your time you're shaving off.
